Training and Education - Metering School -Yadav Measurements (P) Ltd.Yadav Measurements Pvt. Ltd. has identified that though the utilities are installing a large number of static meters, the full benefit of these can be derived only when utility engineers are thoroughly trained on the fast changing technology of static meters, the system approach required for successful implementation in relation to installation, reading the meters, system software, tamper and fraud issues, meter testing etc. Utilities themselves are not equipped with such training infrastructure and knowledge.

Yadav Measurements Pvt. Ltd. with a vast experience in the field of electrical measurement, calibration and training of power sector professionals has now made an effort to fulfill this long felt need and launched the first Electricity Metering School in India. .

Training and Education - Metering School -Yadav Measurements (P) Ltd.The Electricity Metering School, first of its type in India, provides high-level overview of electricity metering, technologies, systems, solutions and information management. The key objective is to synergise knowledge of academicians, utilities, laboratories, and industrial practitioners thereby providing continuous education leading to better utilisation of metering assets. Our faculty for such courses are drawn from subject experts from reputed educational institutes, leading laboratories, meter and CT/PT manufacturers, utilities and service providers.

YMPL conducts Metering school, every Quarter. Over training approach is to have class room courses followed by a lot of hands on practical work on specially designed set ups for training. Two such schools have been successfully conducted; over 80 engineers from various Utilities participated. We are highly encouraged by their overwhelming response and positive feedback.
